Удаление аккаунта

Аккаунт удаляется прямо в приложении: Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Потребуется подтверждение; для аккаунтов с паролем — ввод пароля, для входа через Apple или Google пароль не нужен.

Что удаляется вместе с аккаунтом:

• все профили, созданные вами, и записи в них;
• фотографии, прикреплённые к записям;
• теги, напоминания и настройки;
• доступы, выданные другим пользователям.

Данные удаляются безвозвратно, резервные копии очищаются в течение 30 дней. Если профиль был доступен другим членам семьи и вы не были единственным владельцем, профиль остаётся у них.

Нет доступа к приложению? Напишите на obogumirski@gmail.com с адреса, на который зарегистрирован аккаунт, — удалим вручную.

Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the app: Settings → Delete account. It asks for confirmation; accounts with a password also ask for the password, while Sign in with Apple and Google accounts do not need one.

Deleted together with the account:

• every profile you created and its entries;
• photos attached to those entries;
• tags, reminders and settings;
• access you granted to other people.

Deletion is permanent; backups are purged within 30 days. If a profile was shared and you were not its only owner, the profile stays with the others.

Can’t access the app? Write to obogumirski@gmail.com from the e-mail address the account is registered to and we will delete it manually.
